<p>WGN America has released a new TV series this spring called "Underground" (click the name for full length official trailer on YouTube) about the <i>Underground Railroad</i> in Antebellum Georgia, which was a network of secret routes and safe houses used by 19th century enslaved people of African descent in the United States in efforts to escape to free states and Canada with the aid of abolitionists and allies who were sympathetic to their cause. </p><p>This TV series is probably airing instead of <i>Salem, </i>whose production started late this year, probably because the producers were busy with this new series filmed in the same location. Are you watching it?  </p>
